Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of arab.school. The service is free and built for families, and we have tried to write them in plain language. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Enterprise Lead provides a bilingual learning platform for students in grades 1–12: lessons, practice, quizzes and exams, and a parent dashboard. A human reviewer signs off on every lesson before it is published.
2. The account is the parent's responsibility
- An adult — the child's parent or guardian — creates the account.
- The parent is responsible for keeping the password safe and for what happens in their account.
- The parent agrees to the Privacy Policy on behalf of their children.
- If you are a child: ask a parent to create the account for you.
3. Acceptable use
We ask three simple things. Please do not:
- attack the platform or try to reach another family's data,
- scrape the content or republish it commercially without permission,
- misuse the service in ways that harm children or disrupt how it works.
Otherwise: use it however helps your children learn.
4. Educational content is not a substitute for school
We build lessons carefully and review each one with a human, but they are a supplementary resource — not a replacement for an official curriculum or a teacher. We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome or a perfect match with your school's syllabus, and a piece of content may occasionally be wrong. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
5. The service is free
The platform is free for families: no fees, no subscriptions, no ads. If we ever add a paid service, nothing about your account will change without notifying you and getting your explicit agreement first.
6. Intellectual property
The lessons, text, artwork, audio, and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may use them to teach your own children, and print a page for non-commercial family or classroom use. Republishing, selling, or distributing them broadly requires our written permission.
What your child produces in the platform (their answers and recordings) stays yours.
7. Ending the account
You may delete your account at any time by writing to ed@enterpriselead.com. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks section 3 or puts other children at risk; we will normally explain why first, unless the situation is urgent.
8. Limits of liability
We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it running and safe, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here removes any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For any material change, we will email parents before it takes effect. Questions: ed@enterpriselead.com.
